Internship Overview
The IT Support intern assists in maintaining the company's website, maintaining inventory, maintaining systems and being technical support to Offspring Inc Sdn Bhd (A subsidiary company under Sedania Innovator Berhad).
Responsibilities
Assist to support webstore and third-party e-commerce platforms for issues and marketing updates.
Assist to support third-party system such as omni-channel marketing platform, MS Office and any other related software issues.
To analyse website traffic and provide the analytics information for Marketing Department.
Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues, including but not limited to laptops, printers and related IT products for the company.
To ensure the cloud system is backup and secure from cybersecurity threat.
To perform other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Proficient in database programming and software installation.
Well-versed in MAC and OS.
Courses related to Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
